Two workarounds to share a brain today.

Shared login

Sign up with any shared account. A few trusted people can use one brain, each from their own device, each adding their own accounts.

Know this first:

• Everyone sees everything, including each other's mail.
• The brain has one me. It treats the account owner as you, so “what am I waiting on?” only works for them.
• Splitting up later takes a few minutes. Each person has to reconnect their accounts.

Grok Teams

Make a Grok Bot that reads your brain through an Apex API key, and let your team ask the bot.

Add the key as a secret on the bot rather than signing in, so the bot uses your access and nobody else needs a login. Teammates never see the key. You decide what it answers, for whom, and on which channels.
