Connectors

A connector is an account Apex reads. There are 91 of them, covering mail, calendars, call recorders, CRMs, docs, accounting and project tools.

What you can connect

Check your own tools in Search your Stack. Apex connects to the tools on that list and no others: a fixed list is one our team keeps working, and every custom connector is a thing that breaks quietly.

Reading, and only reading

Every connector is read-only. Apex never sends, edits or deletes anything in a connected account. Your AI does the doing; Apex gives it the context to do it well.

There is no filter inside a tool. Everything in a connected account is used to build your brain, so connect the accounts you want in it and leave out the ones you don't.

How fresh it is

Each connected tool is re-read about every 15 minutes, which is 96 times a day. It isn't real-time and it isn't a nightly sync. Every answer says how fresh it is.

Slack is the exception: it is searched live when your AI asks, and never stored.
